Now welcoming patients ages 2–18 in North San Antonio

Every child has an adventure ahead. Let’s grow through it together.

At Adventures in Progress, we believe that childhood is a journey of exploration, discovery, and growth. Every child brings unique strengths, abilities, and challenges to that journey.

Our approach

Therapy that meets your child where they are

Through individualized, evidence-informed, play-based occupational therapy, we help children develop the skills and confidence to participate more fully in the activities that matter most to them.

Whether at home, in a familiar environment, or in a supportive therapy setting, our goal is to create meaningful opportunities for growth through play, connection, and everyday experiences.

What is pediatric OT?

Play-based

Learning through play. Growing through connection.

Strengths-first

We build on each child’s unique strengths, and every step is worth celebrating.

Family partners

Supporting a child means supporting their whole family.

Familiar places

Skills practiced in the settings where your child lives, learns, and plays.
